Doc’s Sing, Sing, Sing is my tribute to Louis Prima’s legendary song, brought to life by trumpeter and Tonight Show Band conductor Doc Severinsen. Known for his flamboyant wardrobe and electrifying performances, Doc’s presence brought as much joy to late-night television as his music. This piece is my attempt to translate the dynamic energy of this iconic big band tune into fabric, color, and stitch.
