Stitching one piece of fabric to another is just one of the connections I’m communicating in this art quilt created from spare parts from other quilts. Connections is also a tribute to the connections I’ve made with art quilters across the globe via the Internet and satellites. Also, over the past several years my creative journey has revolved around the idea of connecting discrete units to craft a harmonious whole.
